You pay
Your payment is held securely and not released to the merchant straight away.
Order is completed
If no dispute is raised during the protection period, the money is released to the merchant.
If there is a problem
Raise a dispute directly from ClevrGo or your AI agent. Your payment stays protected while the issue is being resolved.
Resolve or refund
Both sides can agree to resolve the dispute. If no resolution is reached within the protection period, your payment may be returned to you automatically.
